After initial contact, we made an appointment for her to come. The first time, she called to say there had been a fire in her building, and she didn't sleep all night. We made an appointment for the next day. She never showed up nor did she call. I'm beginning to suspect that the fire of the previous day was an "excuse." Not dependable.
