I work at a school that accommodates scholars with specials needs, and has a population of 40% of scholars that are on the Autism spectrum and about 80% of students that have their own individual education plan (IEP). I love working with kids and just getting to know them and helping them higher their thinking. Every child is different and has a different path, but it is our jobs as adults to not shape but guide them through that path.
