About Fay

Over the past 14 years, I have worked in an ALF environment, taking care of up to five residents at a time. During this time, I have undergone substantial training and gained experience in various areas, including Ventilator, Hoyer Lift, end-of-life care, providing on-the-job training for new and existing employees, and ordering medication for residents from approved vendors. I also served as a team lead for 14 years, which involved scheduling shifts for other employees, shopping for the home and individual residents, and ensuring that monthly budgets were met for both residents and the home. Additionally, I am accustomed to living with residents for extended periods to provide them and their families with excellent customer service and support during this transitional time in their lives.
