Franny is an amazing caregiver to my two children. We've worked with her for over 8 years with my first child and over 4 years with our two children. She is kind and patient. The children love her and are always entertained. As a New York native herself she understands my high need for safety when outside the home but always has a great time with our children. She is super communicative throughout the day and always gives me a play by play at the end of the day, which I really appreciate. Overall, we love receiving support from Franny. Her positive attitude and strong desire to make my kids comfortable and happy go such a long way!
