About Franchesca

Hello! My name is Franchesca. I have been working with children since I graduated from high school. I started as a high school volleyball coach where I taught students the basics of the sport and understanding how to manage their schoolwork and sports. I became passionate about working with children, so I started working at a childcare gym facility and became a Kid's Club attendant where I nurture and care for children ages 6 month to 12 years. I currently work as a teacher at Schools for children ages 2 to 3. Along with the experience of working with toddlers, I also have experience in working with infants. I was a support teacher for the infants and made sure all the children were fed based on their bottle/snack schedule, ensured they were all safe, ensured diapers were changed on time, and also helped care for naps. I would like to to be a part of an organization, where I can apply past experiences with childcare in providing service to all children with various needs.
