I began my journey as a caregiver in my early teens. Initially I specialized in working with Elderly clients in the death and dying process on a 1:1 basis. I went on to support at risk youth for a Wilderness Therapy Org. where I lead 8 day backpacking trips. I am now studying to become a LCSW. I believe in the healing, growing power of interactive play and immersion in nature! I enjoy sharing my love for yoga, breathe work, plant identification, rock climbing and herbalism with members of my community, especially children. I believe it takes a village in order to expand a growing consciousness!
