I initially started when I was 12 working my churches Vacation Bible School. I have worked with children as young as 11 months up to also caring for adults. I currently work at Vanderbilt in patient safety so I do know a thing or two about ensuring a safe environment especially considering it's my job to be attentive and watch for danger.
