About Gladys

I am a friendly and approachable childcare provider with 8 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I have a high school degree and am certified in CPR Training and First Aid. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and am willing to help with carpooling. As a caregiver, I am passionate about supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option that puts their minds at ease. I believe that open communication is key, so I make sure to verbally communicate with parents at pickup about their child's day and any issues that may have arisen. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to activities, I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children. I believe that physical activity is an important part of a child's development, and I strive to make sure that the children I care for get plenty of opportunities to run, jump, and play.
