About Holly

Hi! My name Holly and I am 22 years old. I am an online college student studying Human Development and Family Studies. My specialty is early childhood development. I hope to be an elementary/middle school guidance counselor in the future! I have my own car and a clean license and no criminal background. I have been babysitting for 10 years now! I have worked with children from infants to 12+. I have experience with disabilities like autism, Down syndrome, ODD, and anxiety. I have worked in professional childcare settings including daycares. I believe that my education has made me a better caregiver. I am more aware of both emotional and physical developmental needs, as well as how to facilitate positive parent(caregiver)- child interactions. I believe in gentle parenting with structure, making a lot of time for free play, and limiting screen times. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing with my pets, and baking!
