Hi! My name is Grace and I currently go to Northwestern University. Please feel free to reach out with any questions :) As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With four years of experience caring for children of various ages, I have the expertise to meet their individual needs. My patient and friendly demeanor creates a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and use their preferred method to provide regular updates on their child's day and address any concerns. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach to childcare includes a variety of engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and interests. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I strive to make learning fun and interactive.
