From years volunteering my time to individuals with dementia to taking care of my own family members with health ailments, I have found a passion in helping others. Being a companion and a caregiver comes with an array of responsibilities but the most important ones are compassion, patience, and kindness. I love helping the senior population, especially as they are often over looked. I am also a trained death doula and a Reiki II practitioner.
