About Grace

Howdy! My name is Grace, but most people refer to me as "the welder". I received my bachelor's degree in Studio Art from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Bronze pouring was my primary focus, but I also enjoyed architecture and public policy. In 2023, I graduated from Emily Griffith Technical College's welding program. Currently, I work as an artist and metal fabricator for Demiurge Design in Denver, Colorado. When I am not working (rarely), I spend time reading, making art, and singing in a choir. I have 8 years of experience in various forms of childcare-whether that be tutoring with Boys and Girls Club, working as a nanny, teaching summer camp classes, and caring for my younger siblings. After physical safety, social and emotional health are my biggest priorities. Every behavior is a form of communication. Instead of electronics, I encourage playing outside, cooking, making art, singing, drawing comics, doing a science experiment, etc!
