We hired Grace to help care for our 4-month old, who really took to her and missed her when the day was over. Grace is reliable, caring, and easily took care of our assigned duties (in addition to basic child care, we also asked her to wash our baby's laundry, bottles, and toys). She did not get flustered during difficult crying days, and our baby was very comfortable eating, playing, and sleeping in Grace's presence. We would definitely hire her again!
