I have over 30 years caring for seniors with dementia and other disabilities. I spent 20 years as a licensed nursing home administrator directing nursing and rehab centers, and assisted living communities. As an administrator, I have assisted in direct care, conducted activities and developed non-pharmacological interventions for challenging dementia behaviors. I have been providing private care for the last 6 years, including care to my mother with Lewy Body dementia. I have assisted clients and their family's with care management, hands on caregiving, meal planning and management, home organization, cleaning and decluttering, health services, safety evaluation and monitoring, companionship and activities. I have taught an 8 hour dementia program to caregivers. I am a certified Dementia Practitioners, a certified American Heart Association CPR/AED instructor and a certified yoga instructor. Eldercare is my passion.

If you are fortunate enough to have Gretchen as a caregiver for your loved one your life will be enriched. Gretchen took care of our mother for five years and was just a blessing to us.
