About Hadley

Hi! My name is Hadley & I'm a sophomore at Liberty University. I'd describe my personality as rational, intentional, and wise. I have been babysitting since I was 13, and I also serve in my church's children's ministry. I love working with kids because they are the most joyful people! It is such a gift to experience the world with them. I also love getting to know each child as an individual to better meet their specific needs. Logistically, I'm looking for a job that has a regular, set schedule, preferably several days a week for the summer. I head back to school on August 10. I would also be happy to help during holiday breaks throughout the school year! One thing you should know about me is I attended a Montessori school for five years. It has truly shaped the way I view kids, education, and the world. So, I love implementing Montessori philosophy as a way of connecting with children and helping them gain understanding and independence.
