About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as kind, funny and loving. I like working with kids because I love seeing kids grow into their skin and I like to be apart of guiding them and helping them find their way. I started working with kids when I was about 12. Nothing official but I helped raise my 2 nieces and 2 nephews and I've also worked for a few other people babysitting their kids. Most recently babysitting 2 for a year. In my spare time, I like to read and watch movies/ tv shows or I try to get out of the house and find some sort of activity to do. One thing you should know about me is I am a bit shy when it comes to older people but when it comes to kids I tend to open up with them. My skills include being patient and very compassionate towards kids and I have the stamina to keep up with the energetic ones.
