About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as fun but also a rule follower and a lifelong learner. I like working with kids because they are thoughtful, curious, and honest! They make me laugh and keep me honest. I love that they ask hard questions that make me think before responding. I'm looking for a jobs that allow me to bond with the children and the families! I have been working with kids my whole life! I'm the oldest of my siblings and cousins. I started babysitting at 10 and have been doing it on and off ever since. I worked with families impacted by developmental disabilities for years. Which helped me to question the beliefs I had about child rearing and helped me become an even better care giver! I am a graduate student, so I don't have much free time, haha. However, when I do have time I enjoy going to the beach, reading, taking trips, and hanging out with loved ones. My skills include schedule creation and maintenance, comforting, and communication.
