Hello! My name is Hailey, my goal is to get a degree in psychology and English to become a behavioral therapist for children with autism. I am the oldest of 3 siblings ages; 19, 13, and 10. I have 12 years of babysitting experience and 2. 5 years of full-time nanny experience as well as 1 year experience of working with autistic children. In high school, I participated in a parenting class which included running a daycare program. During this parenting class and my babysitting/nannying experience, I learned a lot about children and the different ways they communicate. I do have my drivers license and a car. I'm currently not in school so my schedule is very flexible.
