About Haley

Hi! My name is Haley, I am a full time undergraduate student at UNC Chapel Hill and a part time Ballet teacher. For my job, I work with ages 5-18 and have grown up with younger siblings and family members that I very often cared for. I find kids to be such a joy and am very comfortable caring for all ages. Additionally, my younger sister has a rare medical condition which has given me much experience with caring for a child dependent on medication and medical intervention. I love finding ways to facilitate and supports kids having safe and magical experiences! I'd describe my personality as gentle, kind, and fun! I like working with kids because each child has such a unique view of the world and I believe everyone can learn so much from just listening to what a kid has to say! Throughout my life I have found so much joy working with and getting to know kids. Seeing them learn and grow is something so incredible and something I miss being away from my own family.
