I started nannying/babysitting when I was 15 years old and have cared for children of all ages. The longest I have been with a family was two years and it was very hard to say goodbye! Along with working with children, I have worked with Alzheimer's/dementia residents for five years and spent the past year working as a clinical lead at a memory care unit where I managed the clinical floor. My work with memory care has taught me patience, time management, empathy and how to remain calm in stressful situations. I very recently left my job as a clinical lead to go back to school part time. Hallie has been a wonderful caregiver for my two children. They are always excited when they hear that she will be watching them. She always ensures that our house rules are followed but makes sure my kids have a good time when with her. I would hire her over and over again and recommend her to anyone I know.
