Hi! My name is Hansley, and I would love the opportunity to care for your child! Below is a short description of my experience. TEACHER- FIRST GRADE - Implemented dynamic and engaging lesson plans tailored to the first-grade curriculum standards. - Utilized a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs such as, S. P. E. D, ESL, and trauma informed teaching, to ensure each students success. CHILDCARE AND DEVELOPMENT - Provide age-appropriate, creative, 'play to learn' activities, games, and experiences for up to 10 children at a time; of all ages. - Support children through Trauma-Informed care as well as children with developmental differences. - Develop various techniques, strategies, and practices dedicated to teaching children mindfulness, how to regulate their own emotions/ identify emotions in others, practice socialization skills, boundary setting and successfully identifying/communicating their needs.
