About Harlei

I'd describe my personality as creative, organized and kindhearted. I like working with kids because I can learn a lot from them even if they are young. Also, I've always wanted to work with kids since I can remember. I want to be able to teach younger children skills that can help them. I'm looking for a job that is flexible when need be, can pay well and give me experience for my future. I started working with kids when I was a senior in high school with a before and after school program in my town. In my spare time, I like to paint, read, hangout with friends and family and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I'm going to college to get a degree in early childhood education. My skills include being patient with the child when they are having a rough time. Also, have fun with the child because when you have fun with them they'll be comfortable with me. Lastly, give them time to themselves. It can help grow independence.
