We hired Hayley as a night sitter for our month old twins. She was great! Did a meet and great at the house. Our standard practice was to have her arrive at 10pm till 4. And Hailey took care of everything while we finally get some rest. While she was a little more than a standard nanny, it was well worth getting some rest!
