About Hayley

My name is Hayley, and I am looking for after-school tutoring opportunities. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher in an SEI classroom at a K-8 school in East Boston, and am living in Dorchester. This is my second year teaching; I have previously taught in a 2nd grade Inclusion classroom, and student-taught in a 4th grade Inclusion classroom. I have also tutored while studying at UMass Amherst for student athletes. Along with my experience with education, I have been babysitting for over 10 years now, and up until September 8th, 2020, I was a full-time nanny for 9 months. I have worked with children ranging from 2 weeks to 12 years old, whether that be babysitting, coaching, or tutoring. If you are in need of someone to tutor once or twice a week, I would love to discuss my experiences with you further and see if we could make something work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hayley. Frankly I'm afraid to write a reference because I'd prefer to keep her to myself. Kids love her. She's fun, active, exceptionally well organized and can handle it all- pick up, homework, play dates, dinner, bedtime and most of all play time. She's a rock star and the kids are ready to kick me out when she arrives. Doesn't get any better.
