After messages and a phone interview, we agreed to have Hayley watch our 3 children for a working interview. 3 hours before the scheduled time we received a text that her husband was not comfortable with her fulfilling her commitment because we did not have a background check on our account (we were happy to provide references, and even have him visit with her, but the last second notice made was the problem). Her last minute change of mind left us in a big bind with commitments already having been made relying her. She was very polite and nice on the phone but with initial reliability concerns we found we would not be a good fit.
