Qualities that I value within myself & others are compassion, kindness, respect, trust, independence, creativity, reliability, open to communication/connections, comfort within ones surroundings, curiosity, cultural differences, life long learner, a sense of humor, boundaries, friendships, second chances & third chances. I believe in the mind, body, spirit connection that creates an individual & that everyone has a purpose. The process of aging is one that we will encounter if we are fortunate enough to be here to grow older. The stages of life & aging does not take away from whom one is, what one likes to do, & being happy enjoying ones time. Yes, health conditions, ailments, changes to cognitive /physical abilities take place & happen but the core essence of an individual remains. Life goes on & so do you.
