In these 18 years I have worked in 3 nursing homes. Most of my time and energy has been towards in home care. I believe very highly in keeping anyone home who desires it. I advocate for the proper treatment and the compassion that everyone deserves. Over the years, I have worked for 17 families. Varying degrees of care needed from walkers to wheelchairs. Also have experience with quadriplegics. Days and Evenings. Most recently I have been more involved with Alzheimer and Dementia patients.

Heather is amazing! She cared for my bedridden mom with advanced dementia with authentic compassion and extraordinary care skills. (She is also a great cook and baker!) Heather was highly intuitive with mom's physical and emotional care which was impressive because mom used very few words. Heather led relaxing conversations with mom that brought mom joy and comfort. She honored and maintained mom's dignity and quality of life all the way until she passed. Heather was a delight in our home - kind and loving to our family - including babies and toddlers, as well as us adults dealing with the heartache of dementia! Heather is a blessing for sure - I HIGHLY recommend hiring her.
