I am trained in Classical Ballet Technique and worked with MOMIX, Ballet Arizona, Atlanta Ballet, & The House of Dancing Water in Asia. Specifically I am available to teach private ballet, yoga, stretch classes, & light exercise/movement classes to those in need or looking to improve their health and understanding of their own bodies. I currently teach ballet at a Studio and it may be available for use depending on your needs if you do not want in home visits by me. I am able to teach all ages and levels.
