About Heather

Since I was 13 years old, I've cared for my neighbor's children who were 4 and 8 at the time. I babysat for that family for about 3 years until they moved away from the neighborhood. In high school, especially my senior year, I cared for my teacher's two little girls, ages 2 and 4, for the year and into the summer as well. In the passed few years, I cared for a little boy since he was 3 until age 5 and a half, and his little sister since she was 5 months old until she was 2 and a half, each weekday. I was responsible to watch the kids and keep them safe, while providing a comfortable and fun environment. Most of the time when I had to leave, they'd beg for me to stay so that we can finish a game, movie, puzzle, etc. Throughout the 2013-2014 school year, I had been working as a morning nanny for another family, to care for the kids (ages 6-, 9-, and 12- years -old) and get them off to school safely. I never knew what joy being a full-time nanny would bring to my life!
