About Hedya

After 4 years teaching in the public school system, I realized that the kind of teacher that I am and that children need-- one who is trauma-informed, believes in empowering children and teaching to the whole child, and prioritizes their social-emotional development and wellness because she knows without that, learning is impossible-- cannot be sustained in that setting. As a teacher who really listens to, hears, and sees every child she works and/or comes into contact with as a unique individual, I will be able to really support your child(ren) and make sure that they are safe, happy, and healthy under my care.
