Heidi helped my son immensely after he fell behind. She does a great job of breaking down complex subjects in a way he can understand and at his level. He has fun learning when he is with her and is always engaged even when it's a subject he doesn't like. She has done a great job at filling in the knowledge gaps where appropriate, and she also helped me understand how to better teach him when I help with his homework.
