About Helen

I am an energetic mother of 3 adults and grandmother of 4 wonderful children. I have cared for dozens of children over the years. I can help with a night out, emergency school pickup, getting a child home from school when sick, setting up, cleaning up and assisting in running parties. I'm great at playing board games (I bring my own), cards, reading stories and listening to children tell their own stories. I'm terrible at video games but happily lose at Mario Cart. I can offer safe, peaceful, relaxed care. I'm happy to babysit in your home or transport your children to activities, spend the day with them in play areas or at sports practices. I'm a hands on, ears open babysitter and I do not take my eyes off of children in my care in public spaces. Your children will be safe and have fun. I'm great with homework help. I am currently only available for date nights, consistent one day a week, or emergency/interim/ temp care while you find a permanent solution.
