Absolutely the very best. Narcy worked for us full-time for a year and a half through Covid, and then both days of every weekend for the following two years. You will not find a better childcare provider. She has multiple degrees in childcare, and years of experience running a preschool classroom at one of the highest-rated preschools in the area. But in addition to her credentials: She's got patience, warmth, a killer work ethic, organizational skills, and an instinctive understanding of kids. During the entire time that we were all basically locked in together during Covid, I never saw her get frustrated or lose her cool. She is just a delight to have around and someone I admire. She's perfectly English/Spanish bilingual, has a reliable car and is totally dependable. My hard-to-please, "spirited" child benefited greatly from her energy, patience and understanding. She learned both how to read and important social/emotional skills during her time with Narcy. 11/10, so highly recommended.
