About Holly

The gamut of "care" ranges from companionship and compassion to helping a person bathe with dignity and humor. I want to become a nurse, so I am starting my training here to make money to pay for school. I would love to find a few clients for senior care or household management. And I love pets. I'd describe my personality as straightforward, reasonable, and kind. I'm looking for a job where the client understands that I am a college educated former stay-at-home mom and military officer's spouse. I have cared for my husband, my child as a household manager. I started caring for seniors when my father was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2019. In my spare time, I like to be with my daughter, our dog, and my best friend at our home in Takoma Park. I am studying Buddhism and mindfulness. I also am active and games and exercise. My skills include general household management tasks, personal hygiene care (bathing), and being good company.
