I'm a passionate & dedicated CNA with an array of experience in healthcare. Starting my career in hospital setting, I honed my skills in patient care & clinical support. Going on to serve in management in nursing home settings, I developed a deeper understanding of the unique needs of seniors & the importance of personalized care. Committed to honoring the highest standard of care, I redirected my focus on quality over quantity by switching to one-on-one home care. My compassionate approach emphasizes on individualized attention while still empowering seniors to maintain their independence in their environments by providing them with essential support to enhance day to day lives.
