I would have to say Irek has the best personality among perhaps even all the people I have met in America since 2012. In means of sincerity, kindness and educational morality, this guy has very high standards, and has always, in the least of occasions that had been expected, exceeds the expectation of the opponent. Irek is definitely a gentle and patient person and as a care giver, would be a trustworthy candidate for your children. Also I have never seen him swear which I can assure to you that your children will never be learning inappropriate manners from him. Irek speaks multiple languages; perhaps he may be a nice caregiver for your international children also (to help sustain your children's languages of course).
