I'd describe my personality as patient, outgoing, & authentic. I like caring for seniors because it's fulfilling helping other adults in ways that I or my family may need help with one day I started caring for seniors in 2021 In my spare time I like to cook from scratch, garden, take walks around my neighborhood, gym, kayak, birding, watching movies, reading sometimes, board games & driving. I deleted social media this year & it honestly feels like I never had it, it's much nicer just living in the moment & enjoying quiet times & boredom again. My skills include encouraging independence when possible like standing by while someone brushes their teeth & I help if/when need be. Im good with personal care, e. g showers, peri care & complete care. I can help with transferring/moving. After working at a long term care facility I'm pretty solid with all long term care things including enrichment & meal prep. Working at the hospital has helped me more with anatomical & acute knowldge
