Hi, my name is Iris, and I'm 20 years old. I'm passionate about outdoor conservation, as I've been in scouting since I was young, and child development. I've been in professional childcare since February of 2021, but have guided scouts and helped family since I was young. I specialize in the Montessori Method, focusing on child-led learning and strength in independence. I believe in creating a fun, trustworthy environment where kids of all ages feel safe growing and learning. I am big on clear expectations and activities, so youth know what to expect and what to prepare for, but I also know when to go with the flow and just be silly. I have experience with infants, pre-k, and school-aged children. I have my CPR and First Aid Certifications.
