Time waster. Let me save you several hours: Wants to chat endlessly via messaging about the job. Then wants to meet in-person to talk even more about the job. Then needs time to arrange scheduling, even when she stated that her availability/schedule is open. +Touts that she uses 'natural' cleaning products. Turns out she intended to "clean" my house using only water "with maybe with a little vinegar." + Requires female chaperone during her visits. +Waits to inform you last minute that she wants to bring her posse of children along with her to clean. +Reference confirmed suspicions.
