About Isabella

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, bubbly and fun. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn and experience new things. I want to help them achieve their goals. I'm looking for a job that is understanding and flexible as I do have an infant of my own. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and pets, outdoors, etc One thing you should know about me is I do have a 6-month-old so I understand what it's like to be a parent. I have experience with adolescents with physical and/or mental disabilities. I used to work at a Montessori daycare. My skills include quick reaction time, I am good under pressure and in emergency situations. I am an active listener and great problem solver. I am creative (example: if a child doesn't like something such as cleaning I try to incorporate something they do like to make it more appealing to them).
