Growing up as an athlete and a full time student, I have learned how to plan out a schedule for times between practices to do homework and have free time. I am the youngest of three children but coming from a big family and being one of the oldest, I have had to help out with taking care of my younger cousins when needed. During competition seasons, while supporting my teammate on stage, my coach allowed me to take care of her children throughout the day while she was occupied. I have also assisted in classes to teach boys and girls gymnastics and have also helped coach a special needs team.
