About Izabella

Hello! I'm Bella, an undergraduate at UCLA studying sociology and communication and in search of a part-time job. I've taken care of kids pretty much my whole life -- beginning with my nieces and nephews as early as 13 years old. I was a camp counselor at UCLA Recreation last summer where I supervised groups of 15 elementary-age children. I lead outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and field games, adhering to a daily schedule from Mon thru Fri. Over the past academic year, I worked as a classroom assistant at the UCLA Lab School for a primary-level class. I worked 1 on 1 with kids who have social and/or learning disabilities, providing SEL and ensuring engagement with lesson material. I love working with kids, especially getting to learn their individual and unique personalities, all the while encouraging a happy and healthy life that works for everyone. Talk to you soon!
