About Jackson

Hi! My name is Jackson. I am a recent graduate from UC Santa Barbara with a B. S. in Pharmacology. I am currently located in Burlingame, CA. I excel in getting students excited about subjects with creative lesson plans and activities - especially with students with learning differences. I teach with a philosophy of balancing excitement/engagement on the subject with diligence in learning and completion. I believe a successful young student who develops skills in both of these categories will excel in any environment! I tutor math up to Calculus, Sciences through the college level, and Spanish through AP Spanish Language and Literature. I also have experience teaching 2 younger brothers test prep for entrance exams such as the ACT and SAT. I have also scored very high on both tests. I can't wait to meet you and your student to see if my tutoring style is a good fit for the both of you! I am eager to guide them to success.
