About Jadera

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, witty. I like working with kids because it keeps me young! Kids bring such a sense of joy into everything they do. Even something as simple as taking a walk is such an adventure! I started working with kids when I was a kid! Growing up my mom was either nannying or teaching so I've been around childcare and education my entire life. In my spare time, I like to stay home! I'm a huge home body. I love to learn new recipes for dinner and bake... a lot! My skills include Communication and empathy- kids are humans too. I'm a huge advocate for helping them understand what they're feeling, why they're feeling it, and that it's okay to feel it! Education- I love doing a fun little science project, teaching about gardening, mixing color etc. learning and new experiences are what makes the world go around. Fun! - I'm on your kids clock. If we want to play dress up for 4 hours and there's nothing else to do then that's what we're doing!
