About Jahleysia

I am a paraprofessional in a Malden Public School who works with children with disabilities. I am fully safety care trained meaning I am able to deal with unsafe situations in the safest way possible. I have been working this job for a year but prior to that I started working with kids when my 13-year-old sister was born. I am the oldest of 2 and the oldest cousin of around 15 so I have plenty of experience babysitting as my family members turned to me when they needed child care. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind, hardworking not only at work but outside as well. I like working with kids because although I don't want children of my own I get to be a mentor to the next generation and teach them the things no one taught me.
