About Jamie

I am a senior care doula, providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to seniors in their own homes. How can I help you or your loved one to stay as independent as possible in your own home and hopefully bring some joy and peacefulness in doing so. I have a BSW in social work. I am a lifelong student of yoga and tai chi and mindfulness. I am an avid reader. I am an artist and an art teacher for both students and adults. I have been a Waldorf teacher for over 20 years, as well as a tutor. I'm looking forward to bringing all of my gifts to the table in a way that is kind and helpful. Are we a match? I am available for grocery shopping, errands, medical appointments, light housekeeping, meal prep, light therapeutic exercise such as walking and chair yoga. I would love to be of service. Looking for a few hours a day, a few times per week.
