About Jamie

Hi Families! My name is Jamie, my experience includes living in with an elderly man for 14 months M-F who suffered from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. I was responsible for all care; bathing, preparing meals and snacks, taking out for walks, driving to appointments, grocery shopping, keeping company, playing games etc. I also cared for a woman who just needed help around the house, help with baths, going to the bathroom, feeding meals, also administering medication. I lived in on weekends only for 18 months. My last position was caring for an elderly couple in their home 4-6 hours per day. Just preparing their meals, tyding up around the home and making sure they take their medications. We would also do atleast one activity per day. I simply love helping and caring for the elderly. It's always been my passion. I enjoy conversing and engaging with them. Looking forward to making you feel safe, comfortable and secure in knowing that your loved ones are in good hands!
