Janice was referred to me for housekeeping services. Before hiring her, we had an initial conversation on the phone. I appreciated her questions and inquiry; she got to know me and my home before coming by and working. She was personable, warm, and organized. What I appreciated most about her was the personal touches she added to her work - using natural cleaners, attention to detail, and doing everything she said she would and more.
