She’s very nice, sweet, and capable. But in one month of employment she did not show up, twice. No advance notice, no call, no text. She was to start at 7a. I would text her at 7:05, “almost here?” Then no response for ten minutes. At 7:15 she would text back, “I’m stuck in traffic.” Both times I had to make other arrangements and was late for work myself, because I didn’t get any response for so long. When she did show up, I was already gone. Poor communication skills, not reliable.
