Unreliable. Went through a training process to get her acquainted with my kids and work routine. Agreed upon giving each other a month’s notice if deciding to leave, unless there is a reason for termination or resignation. After a week of work, received a text message stating she will not be returning without any explanation. We invested a lot of time and energy getting her acclimated to the routine. Both my husband and I have full time jobs so this causes us a lot of distress.
